Welcome to FIT4MOM Reading offering Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby, Strides 360, Body Boost and Body Ignite classes to Berks County!

Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.


Class Pass Holder Benefits

Access to 10 (10 Pack) Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby, Strides 360, Body Boost and Body Ignite classes within a 4 month period.

Access to 16 (16 Pack) Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Fit4Baby, Strides 360, Body Boost and Body Ignite classes within an 8 month period.

              *Membership Dues: $69/month June-August; Special Pricing ($42.50/month) September thru May**

               All Teacher Memberships are billed on the 1st of every month and prorated accordingly upon joining. During discounted months, visits are limited to 4 drop ins/month

Payment for Monthly Memberships

We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards, cash, or check (please make checks payable to, “Day Fitness LLC--dba: Fit4Mom Reading”). All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will be prorated to reflect the date of purchase and classes remaining for the month. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically the first of every month. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Pike13 accounts. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $10 re-processing fee. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.

Managing Member and Class Pass Client Accounts

All FIT4MOM Reading Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: http://www.reading.fit4mom.com and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-reading.pike13.com directly. All FIT4MOM Reading Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.

Class Pass Payments

We accept debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards, cash or check (please make checks payable to, “Day Fitness LLC dba Fit4Mom Reading”) for these passes. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class.

Stay Informed

Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Reading programming is through e-mail. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Reading to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email kaitlynday@fit4mom.com for all business matters.****

Credit/Refunds

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.

Hold Policy

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a Membership Plan and Pass change form here: https://reading.fit4mom.com/membership-planspass-changes

Once the end of the hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume automatically. Members must notify Kaitlyn Day directly at kaitlynday@fit4mom.com and complete the Hold Request Form 30 days prior to the desired hold start date. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $15 charge to place a membership on hold. If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement- hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.

Cancel Policy

All Access Month-to Month Memberships may be canceled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. All Access 4 month Membership are in effect for the entirety of the purchased membership period and are automatically debited every first of the month. Should a Member decide to no longer attend classes, the Member is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. Once the contract is fulfilled, 30 days notice is still required in order to process any cancellations. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by Fit4Mom Reading.. All Clients wishing to cancel her membership must submit a Membership Plan and Pass change form here: https://reading.fit4mom.com/membership-planspass-changes Without an email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of our online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Reading franchise. Once a membership is canceled, if the member wants to re-enroll a new registration fee may be applied to the first bill. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.


Stroller Policy

Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class.

Our goal is for you and your children to have an amazing fitness experience with us. We realize you have choices for your fitness needs and FIT4MOM Reading appreciates your business. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us immediately. As we strive to bring you the best program possible, we value your feedback!

**PRE ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES: We strongly encourage ALL clients to pre enroll for their classes. This allows instructors to contact clients should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Clients must pre enroll at least TWO HOURS before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are less than 3 pre enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR prior to class start time. A late cancellation fee of $5/or class deduction may apply if a client enrolls for a class and is a "no show" in the system. If a client does not pre enroll for a class and the class is not showing as 'canceled' on our calendar, that client may still attend class.

**A NOTE ON NEW MEMBER ITEMS: Occasionally, certain member items may have a delayed shipment time from our suppliers. If a new member resistance band is not included when you sign up, you will receive one as soon as they arrive!

**TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESISTANCE TUBING** Tubes can crack or tear as a result of heat from cars, rubbing the ground, getting caught in between stroller wheels, and being used on concrete. The anticipated life of your tube is about 6 months, but can vary greatly depending on the wear and tear. Always check for nicks and tears and replace immediately if worn down. New tubing may be purchased ($10 each) from your Fitness instructor. We suggest marking your equipment with your name in permanent marker.

Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled events in which FIT4MOM Reading is a sponsor or has an official race team.
